REFUND REQUEST REQUIREMENTS:
ALL requests must be submitted in some written form. All requests should be submitted to: [email protected]
Please keep in find the following criteria for refund requests:
- Players that register during regular open registration and cannot be placed on a team will receive a full refund.
- Late registrations that cannot be placed on a team will receive a refund minus a $25.00 Administrative Fee.
- Players that request to be dropped up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the season will receive a refund minus a $25.00 Administrative Fee. Late fees are not refunded.
- Players that request to be dropped after being placed on a team or the start of any other program forfeit all fees paid,including late fees.
- Travel Willingboro Soccer Club fees are non-refundable.
- Medically documented player injuries are eligible for up to a 50% reimbursement if requested prior to the 5th week of play.
There are no exceptions to the above criteria. Please contact us before completing Registration if you have any questions or concerns.
Your refund will be returned to you in the form of a check. Please include a copy of your receipt with all refund requests.
WEATHER:
Willingboro Soccer Club is not responsible for games, Clinics or prgrams cancelled due to weather or field conditions. WSC reserves the right to schedule weather related make-up games, Clinics or programs where appropriate. No refunds or partial refunds will be made due to games missed because of weather and/or field conditions.
